Trash Bin Cleaning Services

What areas do you service?
We currently service Stevenson Ranch, Castaic, the City of Santa Clarita, including Valencia, Newhall, Saugus, & Canyon Country. Now servicing San Fernando Valley and Porter Ranch!

How often should bins be cleaned?
For the best most cost-effective results, we recommend you get your trash bins cleaned monthly.

Do you offer one time cleans?
Yes – we offer one-time cleaning services for your residential bin cleaning.

How do I update my payment information?
Click on the MY ACCOUNT button on the right edge of your screen. Click the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab that appears on the landing page. Under ACTIONS you should see an UPDATE button. Click the button and follow the prompts to update your payment information.

How do I pay for an order that's listed in my account as UNPAID?
Click on the MY ACCOUNT button on the right edge of your screen. Once you're logged in, you'll be taken to your profile. Notice that all of your orders are displayed on this page. Locate the order you need to pay. To the right of the order is a PAY link. Click this link. On the next page, click "Pay with Bank or Credit Card" which will already be ticked. Once you do this, the module will expand and you'll be able to add your updated credit card information. Follow the prompts to complete the process.

Is there an early cancellation fee for monthly, bimonthly, and quarterly subscriptions?
If you cancel before the one year agreement is fulfilled, then an early cancellation fee of $75.00 will be charged.

When do you clean my trash bins? 
Your cleaning will be scheduled for the day after your trash pick up. We will reach out to you to efficiently schedule your service day to align with our routes.

May I rotate bins for my monthly, bimonthly, or quarterly service?
No, unfortunately there is no bin swapping for monthly, bimonthly or quarterly service. It needs to be the same bin(s) each time for monthly, bimonthly, and quarterly service.

So happy with our monthly service plan, especially as the weather is now warming up, and our trash cans have to be stored in our garage due to our HOA rules. I would definitely recommend this service, and even more reason, as our new trash collectors starting next month require us to dispose of compost along with recycling and regular trash. The customer service is amazing and staff are really friendly.
