CALI CLEAN BINS strives to provide the best results with each trash bin cleaning. Although, some existing, penetrated stains and/or odors may require more than one cleaning to achieve outstanding results, unfortunately 100% restoration may not be achieved. For optimal results, we strongly recommend our monthly, bimonthly or quarterly service plans, which will clean and sanitize your bins on a recurring, regular schedule. 

Rotating or swapping of bins with a recurring service will not be allowed. If you would like to add an additional bin(s) to your service, please contact us via phone, email or text. You will be notified after the change(s) have been processed. 

Recurring subscription services, monthly, bimonthly and quarterly, have a 1-year minimum contract. Cancellation is the responsibility of the client after the one year, otherwise, your account will continue on a month-to-month basis. Cancellations need to be processed prior to your monthly/bimonthly/quarterly scheduled service and billing date. An early cancellation fee will apply if you cancel your service prior to reaching the 1-year agreement, in the amount of $75. 

Rescheduling may occur prior to 24-hours of your service. In the event that you need to reschedule your service, contact CALI CLEAN BINS via phone, email or text. Failure to notify us prior to your cleaning will result in a missed cleaning of your bin(s) or you may reschedule your service for a $25 fee. 

As a courtesy we send an email reminder the day before your scheduled service and an email reminder 5 days prior to your scheduled recurring service. 

CALI CLEAN BINS requires your bins to be empty in order to service them. Empty bins need to be left curbside or in close proximity (not behind closed gates), so they are easily accessible on the scheduled cleaning day. Bins must be left empty, with the exception of small debris and/or scraps stuck to the bottom. Bins with trash bags, large items, and/or unbagged feces will not be serviced and will result in no service provided without a refund; a rescheduling fee of $25 may be applied with a request to reschedule service.
